Day 1: GUWAHATI Reach Guwahati airport, Pickup and transfer to Hotel. Check-in and lunch at the Hotel. After lunch visit Maa Kamakhya temple, Kalakshetra temple, and Umanand temple by boat ride. then back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Guwahati. (Meals:- L, D)
Day 2: GUWAHATI TO DIRANG (385 km / Approx: 10hrs) In the Morning after breakfast, drive to Dirang (4910 ft). Check-in Hotel. Evening rest and dinner at the hotel. Overnight at Dirang.(Meals: B,L,D)
Day 3: Dirang to Tawang (145km / Approx:7hrs) In the Morning after breakfast, drive to Tawang. En route witness the unique Dirang Valley famous for its monasteries, Apple & kiwi Orchards, & charming valleys. and snowcapped Sella Pass, the Jaswant Garh War Memorial, and Jung Falls. Dinner and overnight in Tawang. (Meals: B,L,D)
Day 4 : Tawang Morning After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Sangestar Lake (Maduri Lake), Taksang Gompa near Maduri lake, Bum La Pass, and China Border (Depending on permission from the Indian Army). En route to the road leading to Bum La Pass. The Bum La Pass is one of the four officially agreed BPM (Border Personnel Meeting) points between the Indian Army and the People's Liberation Army of China for regular consultations and interactions between the two armies, which helps in defusing face-offs. Later visit the War Memorial commemorating the bravery of the Indian heroes of the Indo-China war of 1962. Witness the light & sound show in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Tawang.
Day 5 : Tawang to Dirang After breakfast visit the Tawang Monastery, also known as the "GOLDEN NAMGYEL LHATSE" is one of the largest Lamaseries of the Mahayana sect in Asia and is the largest of its kind in India. The Monastery is 400 years old and is adorned with the 18 feet high statue of Lord Buddha. It stands at 10,000 feet amidst the exotic Himalayan ranges and overlooks the Tawang-Chu valley. The Urgelling Monastery is located 5 km from Tawang city and is the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama, then proceed to Dirang evening and check into Hotel. Overnight in Dirang.
Day 6: Dirang to Kaziranga (280 km / Approx 8hrs) After breakfast, we drive to Kaziranga, - the place where nature unwinds its pristine form in millions of hues, where wildlife roams fearlessly, and where man and nature meet together. Then check into Hotel. evening rest, Overnight stay at Kaziranga hotel.
Day 7: Kaziranga to Shillong (252km / Approx5-6hrs) Today we experience a thrilling jeep safari at Kaziranga National Park for wildlife viewing. Then back to the hotel after breakfast, we proceed to Shillong, the capital city of Meghalaya. On arrival, we get a view of beautiful Umium Lake. Then check into the hotel, Overnight stay at Shillong.
Day 8: Shillong - Cherrapunjee - Shillong (53km / Approx2hrs One way) After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee, the wettest place on the earth, for an awesome day trip. En-route visit the famous Elephant. At Sohra, stop at the Duwan Sing Syiem viewpoint for mesmerizing views of the Hills. In Cherrapunjee be witness to the gorgeous Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. Later take a soft cave walk inside the Mawsmai Cave. The limestone cave is a natural wonder with innumerable formations inside it. After lunch, we drive to Shillong en route to visit the Ramakrishna mission then check into a hotel overnight stay. Note: Most of the waterfalls are dry during the winter season.
Day 9: Shillong to Guwahati (99km / Approx: 3hrs ) After breakfast, we proceed to Guwahati airport for our Return Journey, with Happy Memories of Assam Meghalaya.
Day 10: HOMETOWN Reach Home with happy memories and good Industrial Knowledge. cherish the happy memories made for a lifetime.
